WHO ARE WE?
STATICE TEMPERING® is the result of a meeting between a chocolate technologist and a research and development company set up in 1978.
Since 2007, we have been developing and manufacturing innovative equipment for the chocolate, confectionery, pastry and bakery industries, as well as for the chocolate and cookie industries.
Our appliances Magic Temper®, Magic Scan®, Magic Rhéo®Exotherm SMART®, Shukolate®, Datacollect® allow :
- Control and improve the quality of finished products (gloss, crunchy, etc.)
- Improve chocolate production yields (reduce scrap, shorten production times)
